Our single-ingredient spring tendon is made from the heel or hock tendon of a young cow, which is a mechanical buffer for the animal as it walks. The rich fibrous tendon from the leg to the heel of the cow makes it a fibrous chew, while still being gentle on the teeth since its a young cow with less hardened muscles. It's rich in collagen, but moderate in calories, an ideal choice for seniors especially! All natural ingredients make them safe and highly digestible.
