If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, return it to us within 7 days! All we ask is that when the item is sent back to us, it should meet the following requirements:
1. Item returned should be in original & sealed packaging. Broken seals will not be accepted
2. Please ensure at least 6 months of shelf life if it's a perishable item
3. Submit the returns form here: to ensure returned item and amount is tracked and refunded accurately
Items not eligible for returns:
1. Items that are purchased from a promotional bundle or surprise box
2. Items purchased with discount codes, vouchers, etc
3. Applications by customers who had a history of returning more than 3 items
